Our Mission is to be and to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We are an active congregation of over 600 members and constituents, including many seasonal members who winter here to take advantage of our fabulous climate. We encourage everyone to be involved in the many ministries of Vista and invite all persons to explore their spiritual journeys through participation in our extensive educational opportunities. We would love to meet YOU! 

What to Expect When You Visit

We offer four different worship experiences on Sundays.

• At 9 AM, we have a traditional service with a variety of music styles.

• At 10:45 AM, we offer a more casual format with praise music mixing with familiar hymns and songs.

• At 5 PM, our worship alternates between a contemplative Taize service on the first and third Sundays and a Praise and Worship service in a contemporary mode with a praise band on the second and fourth Sundays.

Come as you are …
Casual dress is appropriate for all activities at Vista.

We provide a nursery for all services, with an adjoining playground for young children. The morning worship services both include Children’s Moments. Each summer, Vista sponsors a dynamic Vacation Bible School.

Join us after each service for coffee and snacks to enjoy our great mountain views and warm fellowship.

What We Offer

Vista offers opportunities for everyone to be involved in worship, fellowship, service and personal growth.

In addition to our Sunday School, there is a youth fellowship on Sunday evenings and many adult seminars or classes during the week in both daytime and evening formats.

There are active United Methodist Women and United Methodist Men’s groups, choirs for children, youth, men, and handbells and the Chancel Choir, several caring ministries, social groups and leadership opportunities. We enjoy being active!
